Four considered steps
How it works
A straightforward workflow for turning locally available information into an orderly personal archive.
1. Prepare your information
Begin with portfolio records that are already available to you and that you are authorized to use. Decide which information belongs in your personal archive before adding it to the utility.
API Connect Hub does not connect to a wallet, request private keys, or retrieve custody of assets. The workflow starts with information, not funds.
2. Build a consistent structure
Arrange entries into meaningful record groups. Add dates, labels, or personal notes where they help explain what the information represents. A predictable structure makes future maintenance easier.
Review entries for accuracy as you organize them. The software supports record keeping, but it cannot verify every source or correct an inaccurate source record on your behalf.
3. Review the archive
Use historical views and summaries to examine locally maintained records. Move between detail and overview to understand how entries relate across your archive.
This review is informational. It does not generate trading signals, make recommendations, forecast performance, or initiate any action involving cryptocurrency.
4. Maintain records over time
Add new entries when appropriate, refine personal context, and revisit older information as part of your own archival routine. Keep suitable backups and protect access to the device where local information is stored.
What never happens in this workflow
There is no account funding, deposit, withdrawal, payment, wallet connection, private-key access, asset custody, or transaction execution. API Connect Hub remains a local analytical and record-keeping utility throughout.
