Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to api-connecthub.click (the “Website”) and use of the API Connect Hub software (the “Application”). “You” means the person using the Website or Application. By accessing or using either, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Description of the software

API Connect Hub is a local data tracking, organization, and analytical utility for personal portfolio archives. It may help users structure locally available records, preserve context, review historical information, and view informational summaries.

API Connect Hub is solely a local data tracking utility and analytical software. It is not a financial institution, wallet provider, custodian, broker, exchange, or investment platform. The Application does not hold, hold custody of, or process user funds or cryptocurrency assets, does not access private keys, does not execute transactions, and does not provide financial or investment advice. All information is provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You may use the Website and Application only if you can enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use them for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Additional Microsoft Store terms may apply to acquisition or installation through that service.

3. Permitted use

Subject to these Terms, you may use the Application for lawful personal record keeping and informational analysis. You are responsible for obtaining records lawfully, checking their accuracy, controlling access to your device, and maintaining any backups you need.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use the Website or Application to violate law or third-party rights; gain unauthorized access to systems or information; introduce malicious code; disrupt service operation; misrepresent the Application as a financial service; circumvent technical protections; or reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits such activity.

You must not use API Connect Hub to imply Binance or Microsoft endorsement, ownership, authorization, certification, sponsorship, or affiliation.

5. No financial services or advice

The Website and Application do not offer investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice. Information shown by the Application does not constitute a recommendation, solicitation, forecast, or trading signal. You remain solely responsible for decisions made using your records and should consult an appropriately qualified professional when advice is needed.

The Application provides no wallet functionality, asset custody, transaction execution, account funding, deposit, withdrawal, exchange, or payment capability. It never requires private keys for its stated purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, Application, visual design, text, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use them under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

API Connect Hub is not a Binance product and is not affiliated with Binance Holdings Ltd. Binance® is a trademark of Binance Holdings Limited. The name is used solely to identify compatibility.

7. User records

You retain any rights you hold in records you choose to maintain. You represent that your use of such records is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for local retention, deletion, backup, confidentiality, and recovery. We are not a custodian of your records or assets.

8. Third-party services

The Website may link to services operated by others, including the Microsoft Store homepage. A link does not imply endorsement, and we do not control third-party content, availability, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. Software availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or availability when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available, that the Application will be compatible with every device or data format, or that third-party compatibility will remain unchanged.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and Application are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim express, implied, and statutory warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation. We do not warrant that records, summaries, or third-party information are complete or accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, API Connect Hub and those involved in providing it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, opportunity, revenue, or profits; device failure; or decisions based on information in the Application. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the software, law, or operating practices. Updated Terms will appear here with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Thailand will have authority over disputes, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

15. Severability and entire agreement

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the agreement concerning the Website and Application. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
